A modest ReCNFGReD project which adjusted internal walls to improve the functionality of the house; to allow the most active areas of the house to utilise passive solar concepts; improve access to natural light and to allow the garden to be drawn into deep spaces.
TY&M House is a prime example of how we can minimise our impact on the environment in construction by utilising existing building shells and adapting them to relate to the surrounding environment and upgraded to suitable thermal comfort and performance standards.
